Celebrate the Great Australian Bites experience when it comes to Mareeba.

Great Australian Bites is a celebration of food, fun and festivities, showcasing local produce, culinary artistry and musical talents.

In Mareeba Shire, where agriculture reigns supreme, join in the festivities and revel in the abundance of the region's great produce.

Dive into the celebrations with food vans, a jumping castle, face painting and a badge maker.

You will be treated to local and fresh produce from a range of vendors from burgers at Boxhead Burgers, tacos and nachos from Duck & Felicia’s and enjoy a smoothie or juice from Blend & Nourish.

Experience a heartfelt Welcome to Country and a flag raising ceremony. Enjoy live performances by local artist Aurelle Maree Brunjes and the Mareeba State High School Band.
