Great Australian Bites Ipswich
Nicholas Street Precinct, Tulmur Place, Ipswich
Thursday 26 January 2023
For the first time, Ipswich joined the Great Australian Bites experience on Thursday 26 January.
It was a family-friendly day, sampling flavours from food trucks and wandering through artisan market stalls at the Nicholas Street Precinct. There was the opportunity to design your own pavlova while the kids enjoyed the zero-depth water play zone.
Locals enjoyed music from Nunukul Yuggera Aboriginal Dance Company, Bam Solo, Captain Thunderbolt and Jabba Entertainment, as well as food from Jessie and the Chef, Iced Tea Co, Dog Stop 360, Dough Job Pizza, Mamma Macs Macarons, and many more.
Great Australian Bites Ipswich was presented by the Queensland Government in partnership with Ipswich City Council and the National Australia Day Council and proudly supported by the Hit Network and Triple M.
