In Queensland we’re committed to achieving board gender parity by 2020.

In 2018 and 2019, the Honourable Annastacia Palaszczuk MP, Premier and Minister for Trade hosted Inspire and inform: The Premier’s Women on Boards events in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Townsville, and on the Sunshine Coast, to provide a platform for robust discussion around gender parity on boards.

At each of these events, a panel of Queensland leaders discussed topics ranging from current statistics and targets, to areas of focus for the months ahead and what’s needed to ensure our target is reached.
